1. Who's responsible for your data
MathMate ("we") is responsible for the use and protection of any personal data you share through this site, in line with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). You can reach us at hola@mathmate.mx.
2. What we collect
Through the pre-launch sign-up form, we collect only:
- Name
- Email address
We do not request or store payment details, card numbers, or financial information at this stage.
3. What we use it for
- Emailing you when MathMate launches in Mexico
- Applying your launch discount when you sign up for the paid service
- Responding if you contact us directly
We don't use your data for marketing beyond the launch, and we don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is stored in a private spreadsheet and MathMate's internal tools. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside third parties.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct it if inaccurate
- Delete it from our records
- Object to its use
To exercise any of these rights, email hola@mathmate.mx with the subject "Data rights".
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only for the pre-launch period and, if you subscribe, for as long as you hold an active account with us.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
